2. Services Offered

The Website offers information about health coaching services provided by Lauren (trading as Live Well With Lauren), a sole trader Health Coach. The Website also allows users to book and pay for coaching sessions.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Bookings: Coaching sessions can be booked through the Website or by contacting Lauren at livewellwithlauren00@gmail.com. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Lauren.

  • Payment: Payment for coaching sessions will be made by a separate digital invoice. By making a booking, you agree to pay the fees as displayed on the Website or as outlined in the invoice.

  • Cancellations and Refunds: Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows: Appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours' notice can be rescheduled without incurring any additional charges, subject to availability. However, any appointments cancelled with 24 hours' notice or less may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the session price, except for in exceptional circumstances. To reschedule or cancel an appointment at any time, please email me at livewellwithlauren00@gmail.com.

 

4. Health Coaching Services

  • The health coaching services provided by Lauren are designed to support and guide you towards your health and wellness goals.

  • You acknowledge that Lauren is a health coach, not a medical professional and that you are responsible for decisions made about your health. The information and guidance provided during coaching sessions are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider for any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.  

  • You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your health and lifestyle to enable Lauren to provide appropriate coaching.

  • Lauren does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from the coaching sessions, as individual progress varies.

 

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Lauren (trading as Live Well With Lauren) or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.  

  • You may access and use the content on the Website for your personal, non-commercial use only. You are not permitted to reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any content from the Website without the prior written consent of Lauren.
