About Health Coaching
The purpose of my health coaching sessions is to support you in bringing all areas of your life into balance. All of my training is rooted in natural, holistic principles, so when working with you it's my aim to help you identify the root cause of your health concerns, not just treat the symptoms.

The reason I love health coaching so much is because rather than offering you a miracle cure, it provides you with the knowledge and tools you need to navigate your own healing.

During your sessions we will explore your health history in detail, along with your lifestyle, dietary habits and stress levels. All of this enables me to build an overall picture of your health. Then we will work together to create your coaching plan. This will be completely tailored to you and the things you do/don't like doing, because there is no point trying to force yourself to do things which really don't align with you!​ Then in your follow up sessions we will review your plan and adjust it if necessary - adding or removing things over time.
