In order to do this we will collect your name and email address (for sending the digital invoice or invoice link). We may also collect your postal address if you have provided it. Payment details will be managed through the invoicing system and not directly collected or stored on the Website itself.

    • Health Information: As part of providing health coaching services, we will collect relevant health data that you provide to us. This information is essential for us to understand your needs and provide tailored coaching.

Whilst we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including for the duration of our coaching relationship, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Health data will be retained in accordance with relevant professional guidelines and legal requirements. If you subscribe to a newsletter, we will retain your email address for as long as you remain subscribed.
